Other Waste Services in the Boroondara City Council area
Below is more information from your local Council to help you further reduce your waste and impact on our environment.
Council Provides two drop off facilities for recyclables. The Kew depot located off Hutchinson Drive Kew is open M - F from 8am to 3pm and weekends from 10 am to 2 pm for recyclables only. No general or green waste accepted at Kew. The Riversdale Transfer station is available for all wastes and recyclables from 1pm to 4pm M-F and on Saturday from 8am to 4pm. On Sundays from 8am to 4pm the only materials accepted are recyclables and green waste. Council alos provides a free service for the recycling of computers and peripherals.
