    Place items in recycling loose, no plastic bags. Flatten cardboard boxes and milk bottles to create more space in recycling bins. Empty all liquids before placing containers in recycling. Remove plastic sleeves and wrap from newspapers. Residents are eligible for 2nd Recycling Bin for $30/yr.
