Free Ewaste Drop Off - TechCollect

The  Shire  of  Esperance  is  TechCollect’s  first  permanent  drop-off  partner  in  Western  Australia;   TechCollect  has  delivered  14  collection  services  across  Australia  and  is  on  track  to  deliver  at  least  124   services  nationally  by  31  December  2013.       Unwanted  computers,  computer  accessories  and  televisions  can  be  dropped  off  for  recycling,  free  of   charge.  The  collected  e-waste  will  then  be  recycled  for  use  in  manufacturing  new  products,  instead  of   going  into  landfill.   The  Shire  of  Esperance  –  TechCollect  drop-off  location  is  at:  Wylie  Bay  Waste  Facility,  Wylie  Bay  Road,   Bandy  Creek.  Hours:  Monday  to  Friday  8.00am  to  4.00pm.  Weekends 12.00pm - 4.00pm. Closed  Christmas  Day,  Boxing  Day  &   Good  Friday. For further information on the TechCollect program click on the link below;
