At-call Kerbside collection

Households are entitled to 6 bulk kerbside collections per year. A kerbside collection can be for garden vegetation OR for general household items. Garden vegetation and general items must be presented separately.

    You MUST book the collection first, then place items at kerbside the day before collection. Bookings can be made online or over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Each collection is for 2 cubic metres & multiple collections can be used, so long as you have entitlements available. Book 2 working days before your collection day (your normal bin day). CONSIDER IF YOUR ITEMS CAN BE RECYCLED OR REUSED BEFORE BOOKING YOUR COLLECTION :) Please be advised that booked Bulk Kerbside Collections CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.
