The recovery shop is open for business at the Waste Transfer Station, which is located at 29 Kane Rd, Wodonga. Items for sale have been donated and include numerous household pre-owned goods. If scrounging around pre-loved articles appeals to you, then this is the shop for you. You can get anything from old records to second-hand fridges and televisions, and at bargain prices. The shop is operated by a not-for-profit organisation called the Recovery GAME, which gratefully accepts donations during business hours from the community. So the next time you are doing a spring clean, bring all those household goods that you no longer have a use for to the Game Recovery Shop. Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 2.30pm Saturday: 10am to 3pm Sunday: 10am to 2pm Closed: All Victorian public holidays. Phone: (02) 6056 8616
