If you live within the City of Swan boundaries and have a regular bin service, but not the on call bulk verge collection service, you still are able to dispose of your bulk waste. All rateable properties which do not have a on call bulk collection service, receive four tip passes to dispose of the bulk junk material and an open green waste pass per year, which provide entry into the Red Hill Waste Management Facility for disposal of bulk material. To receive your tip passes, please contact the City of Swan on 9267 9267. If eligible, these will be sent automatically to you every year.
