  • Batteries
  • Bean bags (seal both the bag and polystyrene balls into a bag to prevent spillage and place into your blue landfill bin)
  • Business or industrial waste
  • Bricks, rocks, dirt, pavers, PVC pipe, concrete and other building materials
  • Car tyres
  • Car parts
  • Co-mingled recycling (place this in your yellow lidded kerbside bin)
  • Carpet, floor coverings or underlay — book a collection with Recycle360; fees apply)
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Food and garden organics — place this in your green lidded kerbside bin if available
  • Gas bottles
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, batteries, motor oils, paints)
  • Items too heavy for two people to lift
  • Materials with protruding nails and screws (please remove or bend prior to collection)
