This site is part of the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme – all households and small businesses can recycle computers and TVs for free at this site.Tip Passes If you live within the City of Swan boundaries and have a regular bin service, but not the bulk verge collections service, you’ll still be able to dispose of your bulk waste. All rateable properties which do not have a bulk collection service, receive six tip passes each year, which provide entry into the Red Hill Waste Management Facility for disposal of bulk material. If you live in Gidgegannup, and don’t receive bin or bulk verge collection services, you’ll receive weekly tip passes for your household waste and six tip passes for your bulk waste to the Red Hill Waste Management Facility every year. To receive your tip passes, please contact the City of Swan on 9267 9267. If eligible, these will be sent automatically to you every year. PS: Tip passes will soon be a thing of the past! The City is expanding its bulk verge and regular bin services in the near future. We’ll keep you posted as to when and where.
